My Pretty Girl Notes (MPGN) strives to provide excellent customer service and quality products. All items are designed in-house by creative designer and owner of MPGN.  Our items are produced and shipped directly by external manufacturers. Please note, some items may ship separately, however, tracking confirmations will be sent to the email address on file. Unfortunately, once your order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes. Please double check your order prior to checking out.

We recognize that at times, things happen beyond our control. However, we will do our very best to resolve challenges within a timely manner.
