Shipping & Processing
My Pretty Girl Notes items are produced and shipped directly to our customers by external manufacturers. Please note, some items may ship separately, however, tracking confirmations will be sent to the email address used to complete the order.
- Due to high demand, please allow 7-10 business days for order fulfillment. Once an order has been shipped, an email notification with tracking will be sent. Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes.
- Customers are encouraged to ensure that their billing, shipping, and cart information is accurate before finalizing their order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it is submitted.
- At this time, our products are only available to customers within the United States.
- Customers are encouraged to place their holiday orders as early as possible, to provide ample time for us to produce and ship all goodies!
- Please keep in mind that mail often takes longer than the posted delivery estimates around the holidays. We encourage customers to place holiday orders no later than November 15th.
- We are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to shipping delays.
Additional Shipping Policies

- If a package is returned to us because of the wrong address, the customer must pay to have the order re-shipped.
- My Pretty Girl Notes is not responsible for lost or damaged packages incurred during shipment.
- USPS and/or the delivery company is responsible for all packages once they leave the manufacturer and are dropped off for shipping. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be properly filed with the delivery carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipping company, My Pretty Girl Notes staff will be happy to assist with the claims process.
- My Pretty Girl Notes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If the delivery carrier’s tracking confirmation indicates that a package(s) was/were delivered, we will not re-ship orders that have been lost or stolen.
